"Great place!"

"The house was difficult to find and, as mentioned, had a steep hill to walk down. When we entered, it smelled strongly of gas as there were 3 gasoline jars directly inside the door. The smell gave all four of us a headache. Also, it was VERY cold, due to missing windows. The heaters were set at max and we were still very cold. Lastly, the floors are not stable. In the dining room, it felt like we were walking on cardboard, as the floor flexed and moved when we walked. "

"施設自体は満足するものでした。 駐車場が施設から歩いて30秒という記載もあり安心もあって暗くなってからチェックインしました（距離は間違いなく歩いて30秒でした）。しかし、周りが暗い上に狭い道のため見つけるのに時間がかかり大変な思いをしました。 ここへ泊まる方は日のあるうちにチェックインすることをお勧めします。"

"Beautiful clean home, lots of space for our group of 6. First time trying sleeping on a Japanese futon. Was a bit hard to get used to, but we are accustomed to soft mattresses. Host is terrific at answering questions and someone came by to welcome us and review house rules when we arrived. It was wonderful for our 1 night stay in Hakone!"

"Loved loved loved! Wished I had booked this for the entire trip and probably will book again if I return. The home was thoughtfully curated and exactly as pictured. Very scenic drive and quiet neighborhood. Instructions were straightforward with check-in/route/guidelines and host was very responsive. Note: if you are using public transport and have more than a back pack, I suggest catching a ride from the drop off point to the home."

"The 3-minute walk was uphill from Gora station, thankfully along a paced path by the cable-car tracks. If I didn’t have google maps, it might have been bit hard to find the place. Gora is beautiful, had pizza at nearby pub, excellent. The Gira Base B had its own terrace ( tight, narrow steps) but was cool. The room had large beds, all 4 of us slept in our own beds. The kitchen was well stocked with everything one wants, too bad we couldn’t use it due to just 1 night stay. The laundry machine was...

"綺麗な戸建てVILLAでした。お部屋も広くて、食器類も揃っていて、快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 ひとつ希望としては、お布団が薄かったです。ベッドの2人は快適でしたが、お布団がややせんべい布団だったので、余分のお布団を重ねて使ってもらいました。もう少し厚みのあるお布団か、あるいは敷きマットレスがあれば尚良かったと思います。"

"体が不自由な人には適さない宿でしたが、温泉が最高でした♪ 車が何台かでの 大人数での宿泊でも駐車スペースの心配はありません。また機会があれば利用したいです。"
