Solid hotel that’s frequented by a TON of travelers and it’s kept very clean. Breakfast was great every day, food stocked right up until the end. Super helpful and nice staff, highly recommend!!

Check-in was fast and efficient. Our room suited our needs and was very clean. The breakfast offered a lot of choices. We liked the location since it was quiet but still close to the lake and for our day trips into the Bayfield area. Excellent stay- thank you!

Booked three king rooms, we received 2 and the third was two queens. Shpuld have addresed this but didnt think it was the end of the world. The queen room had a broken bathroom shelf with the rods sitting on the floor and a chunk missing from the floor that was noticed after scratching a foot on it. The bed was comfortable and room was clean. While playing cards in the lobby we overheard a guest checking in who then came back as they were given someone else's room and from the description it sounded like one of the king or queen rooms with the luggage on the bed but not sure. Enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The windows in the pool room need replacing. Staff was friendly.

On first glance at this hotel, I thought I had messed up by booking this hotel, but the room was very large, the beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. Breakfast was good. It was your standard hotel breakfast with waffles, eggs, sausage, etc.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The rooms and facility were clean with minor repairs needed here and there. The daily free f breakfast was very yummy with eggs, sausage, hash browns, waffles, pancakes, breads, cereal, drinks. Very nicely clean and maintained pool and hot tub. We even had a broken fridge and they were timely in replacing it for us. Highly recommend the stay and close proximity to Washburn and nice drive to Bayfield! short drive to beaches on Lake Superior!

Staff was very friendly. Bed was very comfortable. We really appreciated the "adults only" pool and hot tub hours. The full hot breakfast was great! Eggs, sausage, hash browns, waffles, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, etc.! Would definitely recommend this Super 8!
