"The staff were wonderful both in the restaurant and at the front desk. The cleaning crew were very friendly. However, our room smelled very strong of perfume so we switched rooms and that was nice because we had a wooden floor less smell. The rooms are very dated. Also, there’s no coffee in the room. This would be a great addition."

"Wasn’t really impressed when the owner let his dogs into the breakfast room with all the guests while they were eating and the dog shook his hair all over wasn’t impressed at all the only thing I didn’t like. Doidnt finish our breakfast to see how that was"

"First, I thought I booked a king-size bed, but we ended up with a queen-size in a very small room. Your site said there was an elevator but we got there to discover it wasn’t functioning. I managed the stairs, but I do have mobility problems and was frustrated there was no elevator. We didn’t mind the policy of no shoes, but the mat in front of the door was wet from rain, and we ended up with wet socks. "We reserved a suit but were given double queens no sofa bed. Breakfast was a hour late due loud upset guests, then we charged an additional $25 for we don’t know why? On top of already paid $230, definitely was not like our usual holiday express stays very unsatisfactory stay"

"Love that the hotel is beside the Mississippi River. There was a wonderful walking path, across the street, along the river. Also Natchez is just across the bridge. The carpet, in the hotel hallway, was stained and dirty. The carpet in our room had snags and a tear which made the property feel worn and less clean. Many of the guests drove commercial pickups and trucks, with a couple large semi trucks and travel buses taking up much of the parking. Those guests stayed multiple nights. The...
