Hotel murah di Lorman

"We reserved a King Room with River View through Expedia and upon arrival was informed that there were no River View rooms available. The front desk clerk told us to always call the hotel direct when booking through a third party. We had checked the hotel's website and the River View rooms were available, so we booked. We did accept a City View room with 2 Queen beds. Once in the room quickly discovered the room had recently been smoked in. We can accept the disappointment of not having a room...

"The staff were super friendly and supportive, especially Dustin at the front desk. The property needs improvement, the beds are squeaky and the furniture very old. Definitely needs remodeling and improvements. Yet, the staff go above and beyond to give you a pleasant experience"

"The place was clean, the hotel overall well kept. The remodeling has been done poorly as even our shower door did not close and you can se some mediocre touches. The pool was not operating and the water was cloudy and the area looked worn out. Yet, the STAFF WAS SUPER FRIENDLY, kind and willing to help. That was the biggest highlight. Definitely the property itself is still under improvement"

"First, I thought I booked a king-size bed, but we ended up with a queen-size in a very small room. Your site said there was an elevator but we got there to discover it wasn’t functioning. I managed the stairs, but I do have mobility problems and was frustrated there was no elevator. We didn’t mind the policy of no shoes, but the mat in front of the door was wet from rain, and we ended up with wet socks. "Breakfast was good but the overall property was not well kept up. The rooms were very dusty and carpets need replacing. AC worked well in one of our rooms but not very well in the other"

"Opponent arrival, I used the lobby restroom, which had flies and bugs in it. The furniture in the lobby was filthy and worn out. I arrived an hour early and they said they still had not cleaned the room yet so I said I would gladly wait. Upon a visual inspection of the room after they cleaned it, it had been hastily done. Sheets were not changed and everything reeked of some industrial cleaning fluid. Expedia did give me a $25 return of my money that I used on an alternate hotel that evening....
