I contacted Expedia and tried to cancel the reservation after seeing the property and I was denied. They advertised an elevator, but they do not have one in the building. "Staff was nice, room was clean, and breakfast was good. Location was convenient for restaurants and shopping. Rooms are in need of serious updating and renovation. Bathroom fixtures were very old and dated. Furniture also very worn out. Pool and hot tub were out of service for our two day stay."

"I’m not sure our room was cleaned thoroughly. I couldn’t sleep because their was a strong coffee smell and when I finally checked there was a large coffee stain on the bedding by the floor that smelled and couldn’t have been laundered.the chair in the room was almost missing a wheel and my husband tipped over abs fell out of the chair because of it.
