"If possible, maybe mini microwaves in rooms? 👀 or if that’s too much, Make only certain rooms have microwaves. Where you have to pay a lil more for those rooms. Idk, just a suggestion. Everything else is great though :)"

"Certainly over rated on app. This is a tired-looking hotel from check-in area to rooms. Got a little catfished by the website pics, they certainly don’t show anything close to what we received. I would go elsewhere in the future."

"Hotel was clean tastefully decorated. Hotel rooftop bar had lot of options of drinks and drinks were delicious but was quite expensive, $22 a drink. Hotel gym was clean and wide variety of options for equipment. The offered cool eucalyptus towels for after workout which was a nice treat. The rooftop pool was unfortunately not open yet during my stay. My only complaint was the $35 urban fee per night. The fee included two cans of water and for half of the nights of our stay I had to go to the front desk to remind them that we didn’t get our water for the day. There was a small cafe that had coffee and prepackaged snacks in the lobby but it was super expensive so I didn’t get anything. It is open till 10pm. There is also a breakfast places in the lobby open 7-10am I did not try it due to an allergy but it looked nice. Staff was friendly and helpful my whole stay."
