"Convenient location (best to take exit 15 from Hakata station) and rooms are much bigger than I expected! We could open 3 medium sized luggages comfortably. Appreciate that there’s a few levels with dryer and washing machine so you don’t have to wait long for your turn. Would def go back and rec to friends and family!"

"Was friendly check in. Breakfast was a bit of miss. Tried both western and local options. Would have preferred going to Starbucks around the corner. I did enjoy free bath salts and amenities. And even if left do not disturb sigh was still let out fresh towels in a bag was a nice touch. Bed was not most comfortable but pillows were comfortable to do the job but close and convenient to Hakata station "

"Location of the hotel is absolutely convenient! Transportation, famous restaurants and convenience stores etc are all nearby. Save so much time on transport. Size of the room was decent. Staff were nice. Simple continental breakfast(bread with juice) were included. "

"The main problem was at check in. They have a system that scans one's body passport, which is probably a good thing… when it works. At previous APA hotels I’ve stayed at this system has never worked. When this happens, the attendant simply does what needs to be done at their terminal and all is okay. A slight delay but no big deal. Not this time. Again, as expected, the system didn’t work. The young man kept trying it, over and over. He phoned people and tried again. And again. I tried to just remain calm. But after ten minutes I was frustrated and impatient. FINALLY, he gave me a form to fill in, which I did, and he gave me my room key. Such a pain for what should be a simple problem. He needs some training."

"This hotel was very close to Hakata station, so if you are arriving via Shinkansen, you won't have to roll your luggage far to get to it. The entrance is located on a side street, so taxis and cars can pick you up easily. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. "

"Our stay was very nice and pleasant. The best breakfast buffet we ever experienced. There were many varieties of food to choose from. The staff, they were all courteous and polite. The room was small, but it was quiet and clean. Onsen was never crowded. We enjoyed it with perfect temperature. Highly recommend this hotel, but especially for breakfast buffet!"
