"The rooms are clean, updated and well kept. The property is well maintained. The location is excellent and convenient to the airport, and it is walkable to the ski slopes and other restaurants and attractions in the area.
There was a misunderstanding regarding our room when we checked in and the general manager, Dave contacted us in the morning and made it right. He handled the issue with professionalism and quickly turned what could have been a negative experience into a very positive one.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone seeking lodging in Snowmass. My only suggestion is to request a room with air conditioning if you require one as they are limited."
