"Hotel was amazing very clean, staff was nice. Only complaint is that the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. I called down to front desk for someone to come check it out and no one ever came. It was very hot out so coming in from a long day at the beach and being outside to no AC was disappointing. Funny thing is it started working properly an hour before checkout. Overall it was good"

"The staff was excellent. The pool is at another building with approximately 15 chairs. There is no elevator but lots of stairs. No ice machines but staff will get you ice. No bar at the Lighthouse. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean. Balcony overlooks the bay. You will see turtles, mana rays, seagulls. Very quiet at night. The breakfast is placed in your refrigerator so cold muffins, yogurt and juice. We loved every minute there."

"The hotel promised me a partial ocean view, but the reality was very disappointing. The view was mostly of the neighboring building’s wall, with only a tiny glimpse of the ocean. I was also traveling with my dog, and the only thing separating our balcony from the neighboring balcony was a metal railing with gaps wide enough for my dog to fit through, which made me feel very unsafe. I genuinely feel that I was misled by the description of a “partial ocean view.” I paid approximately $1,000 for...

"Loved the location and how clean the hotel was. Room may say coastal but does not have water view. It’s decorated in coastal decor. There is no Buffett breakfast offered only menu items that were just ok. Small pool. No bar service the first day. Second day they had offered bar service at pool but the poor bartender had to keep going up and down to get drinks. Not Whst I expected"
