"I was freezing all night, No heat available in unit and not enough warm blankets to substitute for no heat. The Linen was stained and dirty. It was very Noisy with most of the night with other guests being loud late into the Early morning. The staff was very friendly and professional, but I will Not be staying here again."

"The hotel staff were pleasant, helpful and attentive. They provided extra blankets and towels as we needed them. The 3-bedroom upstairs apartment was clean and functional, only 1 couch, 1 tv, and seemed to be used for storing extra furniture. There is no heat - which only matters when the weather is unpredictable. The AC units are in the windows, but were not sealed in, could see the outside underneath them. We never used them because it was windy and cold while we were there. Again, no heat...

"The room was nice, clean and well appointed. The staff was great. There were nice attractions nearby and lots to walk to. The climate control wasn’t working but the provided plug in electric room unit kept us warm when the temp dropped. The bathroom sink was made for a tall faucet but only had a short one so washing hands was a big chore. I’d definitely stay there again though"

"Place was decent for the price. Only problem we had was one of the balcony doors was poorly installed and the top of the door didn’t reach the frame and kept trying to fall. We were told no one was available to fix it and when asked for some partial refund as the hotel did not have any other rooms to move to, we were told if anything we’d be charged extra for damaging hotel property. We have videos showing no damage was done and that the door was just installed poorly. Ask for a room change...
