"Check-in was quick and staff were polite and helpful. Double room is very compact so only really comfortable for one person, but is quiet with good aircon. Although no kettle is provided you can get drinks from the vending machine in reception, including hot water. This hotel is next to high street shops so it's easy to buy food or eat out. There is a bus stop close by which is convenient for getting in and out of the Oxford. "

"Room ok, some dirty marks in the bathroom. A little cool in the room and couldn’t see how to change the temperature. On the plus side, room was very spacious and great coffee machine. "

We did find our room too hot and there was a droning noise on and off all night which wasn’t related to the room itself. We mentioned it to the staff on check out and they immediately said they’d investigate. Excellent customer service throughout our stay. "
