"I was frustrated to find front desk would not hold my bag for 7 hours after checkout during which I was touring city and could not lug a suitcase everywhere. This is a standard urban hotel amenity, so routine as to be expected. The nearby Marriott and Home2Suite both offer this. I stayed three nights at the hotel. Also, I was told by the front desk that when booking through Expedia I don’t get any Hilton Reward points. This removes my incentive to prefer Hilton properties when booking through Expedia. Finally, the room was nice and had two TVs but using the remote for one constantly also turned on the other, an ongoing quirk and annoyance. Room 815. Also, lots of Saturday night street noise forced my us of earplugs to sleep. "
