"The Woden is always a " go to ' place for us guaranteed a comfortable stay. The rooms are impeccably clean. The room had great facilities. Towels shower gels tea & coffee even water in bottles. Plates cutlery and a fridge. Everything and more. The beds are so comfortable and the place is so quiet. "

"Very efficient, clean, comfortable and very welcoming. The surrounding area felt a bit run down and unsafe. However the train station was nearby and there are several bus routes available. "

"Our weekend stay was very good. The staff are very attentive and couldn’t do more for you. The sports facilities , swimming pool, gym, sauna, hot tub and steam room are all in excellent order and well maintained. Dining is exceptional whether it’s Breakfast or Evening Dinner. A really great place to relax in very historic surroundings."

"My real concern with staining at this hotel is that it was not mentioned on Hotel.com website that this hotel is a Naturalist hotel. Everyone was naked. I left early!!!!"

"For the price could not fault anything! One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in! Staff helpful and friendly. Had an issue with dinner but quickly resolved and given a complementary drink! Although we didn’t need to it was a lovely touch with the sign in the bathroom for complementary toiletries if you’d forgotten them. Towels soooo soft and choice of pillows for the bed."

"Absolutely perfect for what we wanted. Easy to find, car parking on sight and checked in with the friendly and obliging gentleman on reception even though the room wasn't quite ready. Came back to night manager who was frindly and chatty and helped us to a night cap for the room. Room was great, spacious, clean, comfortable beds although we found the room quite hot. Right in the heart of Birmingham city centre, parking at B4parking isn’t too far and you get a discount if you enter your vehicle registration on the tablet in the lobby when you check out. Only downside is the noise due to the bars around however that’s expected given the location "

"What a gem! Easy and efficient check in, room was beautifully finished and styled - the free-standing bath in the room is a luxury feature. I loved all the ceiling and wall achitraves, and the attention to detail was immaculate. Very comfortable furnishings, bed included. Centrally located, short walk to Utilita Arena and Town centre. "This property seems very good for short stays, its just around the railway station and close to an Aldi's. The only thing I didn't like is that they have a washer but not a dryer. Apart from that, we really liked our stay at the Grand Station!"
