The hotel it self is pretty new judging by the building and the interior, i took a single bed room which is more than adequate for a family of three. the room it self is very clean and u got everything needed from kitchenette to washing machine. South Yarra train station and tram stop is just a 5 min walk from the hotel. The rate that i got is very good and to top it off I got free parking during my 3 nights stay.
