"Great hotel, great location, very nice staff - will def stay again!"

"I was charged for a queen bed, it was a full bed. There was no complimentary shampoo available, and I forgot to bring one. I was told by Expedia that they had rollaway beds, they did not. They did not have a coffee pot in the room, you had to go to the lobby. The only good things were that the small bed was comfortable and the location of the motel was nice."

"Parking was not available unless you wanted to move your car every two hours or risk unsafe areas. Breakfast was available at restaurant. Staff when onsite were great but often not there. Room was clean. Noise outside was terrible. No AC so windows were open. Will not be back."

"The staff was awesome, checkin a breeze, lots of toiletries to be able to use, awesome theme throughout! Grab and go breakfast was homemade muffins and granola bars. Beds were memory foam and quite comfortable!"

"The room had water damage on the ceiling and smelled like mildew. I woke up with what I'm almost certain are flea bites despite renting a no-pets room. The exterior walls had holes through to the insulation. Staff were nice and the beds were actually quite comfortable, but the mildew and what was probably only 1 flea are still pretty hard to get over."

"This hotel could be a 5 star if: 1. They got rid of the low boy toilets 2. They got a better toilet paper - it is truly paper, bring your own 3. They had handheld shower head 4. They had better coffee in the room and in the breakfast area"

"Hotel room was great, everything was brand new. The site is still under construction and not everything was fully opened. I see the vision. Loved what they had so far and enjoyed my stay."

"They have a unique business model with no management on the property. they were available by phone and text, but not immediately. This left several of us left out in the rain trying to get in our rooms. The communal kitchen was not really somewhere you could cook. There was a microwave and toaster oven, but no dishes. The rooms were small, but modern and efficient. Weirdly there were only a few guests although when I tried to book it showed it almost booked up. The location is great right near...

"Wonderful property, great location. I had a situation that wasn’t professionally handled by the staff in the property but when I called the Hilton 800 number the issue was addressed and taken care of. Hopefully the staff will be better trained to handle customer complaint in an efficient and professional way. Will stay in the hotel again. Thanks."

"We had a nice room looking out over the Columbia River, which is pretty much right out the back door of the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We’d stay there again."

"This hotel is so cool and it’s in a great location. There were earl plugs in the room , in case the sea lions were loud and we were lucky, we didn’t have to use them. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very unique. The free champagne was a nice way to start our vacation. The outside saunas are neat and the deck is a great place to relax. Being from Florida , I’m used to air conditioning everywhere, so not having it was scary at first but the weather was perfect during the end of June."

"It’s a very unique old hotel dating back to 1896. The architecture has not been updated but keeps a funky charm. Reused old wood furniture, old tub with an attached shower. Pub on site. Sauna and garden to relax. A pool table and board games. Fire place in the lounge area. Victoria was awesome. Loved it and would stay there again but not like a modern hotel."

"A second Coffeepad would have been great. Good Stay. Room was overheated when I came. Unnessesary, I made a reservation hours before. But it cooled down quickly with open door."
