"Friendly staff"

"The room was nice and faced the beach. Upon arrival we were sent sparkling wine and fruit but some the fruit had gone bad. 😞 We loved the beach area but the water sports should have snorkels and masks to rent. That was dissapointing. The Japanese restaurant was amazing. Thanks"

"The Hotel is a very short walk to their private beach, which is why we choose this hotel. The beach had many umbrellas and lounges to choose from, so it was never an issue to get one (although you can reserve). The beach has food service, drinks, and showers, changing rooms, and WCs. Always clean. The rooms were clean with a balcony. Housekeeping was excellent as was the breakfast buffet (top notch food). A short walk to several high end restaurants on the water with romantic outdoor...

"The hotel was clean so we're the rooms .but the breakfast is a disaster.very poor choices.and from 8 am till 10 am. they could have it ready from 7 am till 10.30 or 11 am .since we are on a vacation .the staff are ok and helpful a bit but all in all not satisfying.we had only 2 capsule of coffee per day .and we had to ask for more towels .as for the elevator, it has a loud noise.all night ! Couldn't sleep well .all in all it was a poor experience :(( wouldn't go again ."
