They could have not been more helpful, particularly as we navigated a taxi strike! The breakfast was incredible and so fresh. At breakfasts when we order anything except open buffet we never receive it, and we left without eating anything two morning.Afternoon we asked for drinks and they look after us after 45 mins, while checkout we asked for buggy and help it didn’t came. This is high priced hotel, and it should not be like that."

The doors between rooms didn’t close without force , the toilet seat half off. All small things but as this was out most expensive night of the trip it fell below all out other experiences.
