La struttura in sé è ottima. L’appartamento è appena ristrutturato e funzionale.

The various public transport is at a walkable distance including the big international trainstop! There are a lot of food / eatery options nearby. Although near the road, and despite the fact that the apartment is near the big international trainstop, it was quiet and we felt safe. I do recoment this place. I, infact just booked it again for a friend!

We had a wonderful stay at ELA FIVE RESIDENCES! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—they even came outside to greet us when we arrived. Their communication was fantastic before, during, and throughout our entire stay, and everyone was incredibly accommodating and kind. The location is perfect and close to everything. I highly recommend staying here!

The only thing that set me off was the street this beautiful property is located on. We arrived in the middle of the night and we were a bit uneasy. The public transportation is near. The apartment itself was comfortable and we felt well taken care of. We had all the amenities we needed and the kitchen was equipped with the basics that were good enough for our needs. If you don’t mind the neighborhood, good value for comfort.

Our apartment at Ela 5 was modern, comfortable and had everything we needed for a family holiday. It was conveniently located only 5 minutes walk from Omonia metro station making it easy to access tourist attractions like the Acropolis and Athens International Airport. The airport was a 50 minute train journey from the city centre. We would definitely stay here again.

Devo dire esperienza molto positiva.

Walking distance from Monastiraki square and metro station. Restaurants, cafés, shop's nearby. Their cafe on the ground floor opens from 7.30 am -3 pm, offering breakfasts and light lunches. Their is also a mini asian supermarket across for little daily needs like milk, snack, fresh fruits etc. Very clean, big rooms, strong hot shower, tea and coffee facilities, comfy bed, sofa and TV.

Floors 1-5 do not have balconies despite what the description says, only 6-7 have them. I complained to Expedia about this but they say you’re not promised the exact room you book?! The aircon wasn’t great in the room which in 35 degree heat was difficult. The area is a bit rough too, not terrible but not great, though there are a lot of nice shops and restaurants within a short walk but it did feel a bit unsafe. The bathroom was great with a powerful shower and the sofa and bed were really comfortable. It’s a spacious room for the price also, despite being a studio there is more than enough space for two. My room had a lot of storage space, the small kitchenette was useful and the staff were top notch fantastic, great communication and friendly too.
