"Great location for UGA events"

"There wasn’t a way to open the window, so the air was stuffy. The staff woke me up at 8:30 in the morning asking me if I needed room service, which I was not impressed with. The man who checked me in last night, August 1, 2026 was extremely helpful and extremely nice. I appreciated him."

"This is the second time I've stayed in this hotel. Both times the staff was courteous and helpful, the room and bathroom were clean and fresh, the bed was comfortable and the linens were new and clean. There is a gym, business center, meeting rooms, and a pool. It is within walking distance of restaurants, and an easy drive to other stores and restaurants. Very nice."

"We booked the weekend for my son's wedding. We arrived only minutes before we had to be at the rehearsal dinner venue. Check in was quick and easy but we were so disappointed at the cleanliness of the hotel lobby. We could accept the fact that it was very dated but it was very dirty. The hallway carpet on our floor was stained black. But it wasn't just worn, it was dirty. Our room was decent but we would not sit on the couch. The air conditioner was set on 70 but it was 75 in our room and did...

"The room was just remodeled so that was ok. The amenities are what upset me. The complimentary breakfast was terrible. Its like it was made in the microwave. The pool has way too much chlorine which made my eyes burn after 10 minutes of being in the room. The dining area chairs were all ripped. The biggest issue is its located in the back of a liquor store which seems to be thw hangout spot for alot of people."

"It was not a 10. Min walk from downtown. The elevador smelled like cigarrette even in no smoking area. They were not high chairs at the restaurant. Towells were staint and the room needed to be vacum. Not a place to go with a baby."
