"The room is clean, the staff are nice and the food in the restaurant is excellent. However the shuttle driver was not polite and his behavior was not professional. This was the only bad experience we had."

"Overall not the greatest but somewhat good for an affordable one night stay. Wasn't our first choice since everywhere was booked for the world cup. The surrounding community felt sketchy. Room temperature was never consistent. It was either too cold or too hot. Bathroom was a sliding door that had an open hole so privacy is not good but ok for couples. I give 10 out 10 for staff friendliness. Get to breakfast early starting 6am. Do not go past 8am when everyone is there. People have no manners....

"This hotel was perfect for our Bay Area trip; centrally located between SF and SJ. The property is in a business district so it was not very busy on the weekend. The staff was welcoming and efficient. The room was very nice and clean. I loved the pillow-top mattress, but my hubby said it was too soft for him. The bathroom was a little outdated, but effective. Water pressure? Meh. The fridge was useful, and there was a microwave downstairs in the lobby. We would definitely stay here again."

"Room was clean and spacious. When there was an issue with the sink stopper, staff fixed it promptly. Heater, fridge, microwave all worked properly. Great value for the price!"

"Notified the Manager that the cable TV was not working. They never fixed the Cable TV for 2 days. Therefore, no TV for 2 days. Alarm Clock was not working. Notified the Hotel Manager and they couldn't fix the Alarm Clock. Elevator breaks down on occasion. Breakfast is terrible. Grand Hotel needs new Management who is willing to listen to the hotel guest."

"We arrived late due to a delayed flight. The front desk staff pleasantly greeted us & we checked in to enjoy our clean room. The bed was comfortable and room temperature perfect! Breakfast was great the next morning."

"Safe clean room. Lots of families with children could be seen. My kids made friends at the pool. Went for the World Cup at Levi Stadium. Perfect location for ride share service to take you to game. Seen lots of people walking from hotel to nearby restaurants, Walmart, and Levi Stadium. If you are looking for luxury this isn’t the place for you. If you are looking for your family to be safe and get a good nights sleep, then you have found your next stay."
