"A gorgeous hotel…we always love staying here! But this time, the shower water pressure was mild, not strong enough to wash ladies’ medium-long hair. All bath towels, wash cloths and hand towels were too rough..they must be new, as they were never like this before. The small hand towels in the Gym are very soft and lovely. The A/C system needs adjusting, since on Low and High it’s super noisy and blows air super high. On Medium it blows almost no air. It wasn’t like this in other hotel sleeping...

Very nice… Parking lot immaculate not a piece of anything laying around in the parking lot spotlessly clean rooms very clean very clean. Very spotless… One thing I will say is a lot of the plugs did not work. They need to check the plugs and get them working better"

"Clean room. Location was a little further away from campus than I thought. Rooms are all outside. They do offer free breakfast in the am which isn’t bad. They have hot items including eggs, potatoes, bacon & sausage. Waffle machine. A few drink options. Not bad at all. My bed was just softer than I like so I didn’t sleep as well. Overall decent place to stay. "

"One-hundred-year-old hotel in the heart of Palo Alto, with walking to all the shops, Whole Foods, restaurants and the theater. The rooms are comfortable, the beds very nice, and the staff is terrific. If you don't have a car, it's a perfect location."

"The people staying above us made so much noise from 10-12 midnight that I left the hotel and went back home 3 hours later the same night. So I didn't stay there."

"Great location for events at Stanford. Super helpful staff and great amenities. However, I gave an overall 4 rating because: Parking was sometimes difficult to find because we needed handicap access—and it’s $20 a night extra. Not enough charging stations for electric vehicles. There was only one elevator working our entire 4 night stay. With athletes from different teams staying here as well, getting an elevator was nearly impossible without a 10-15 minute wait. I would think it was...
