"Loved our room and the entire hotel. I believe there were only 2 other guest rooms occupied when we were there in late March 2026. Breakfast was delightful and Rizea was particularly nice to pack us a to go breakfast when we needed to leave early in the morning on our first day there. Loved the glassed enclosure and the beautiful indoor gardens. We’d definitely stay there again! "

"I stayed at Little Scotia for two weeks. It is in a great location with quick access to the CBD, V&A, and all the nature spots like Table Mountain and the botanical gardens. The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast every morning was fantastic. The staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Cape Town."

"Whilst these rooms are effectively student accommodation and (in my case at least) the bathroom is shared by two rooms, they are excellently appointed and comfortable. They have good internet, parking, a great buffet breakfast, charming grounds, perfect for a day or two. Really helpful staff and all very clean and modern - they even have kitchen facilities. "

"We spent 3 excellent nights at the Afton Safari Lodge. We had a large room with a sitting area, small refrigerator, and large bathroom. The bed and room were very comfortable and nicely decorated. But what really made our stay was the owners, Tony and Marieka. From the time we arrived, they made us feel welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was plentiful and good. We opted for the yogurt, fruit muesli, etc. Marieka also booked us a table for dinner at a nearby Italian...

"I would give 5 stars to everything but, people were smoking weeds in rooms and hallways. But other than that, it is a nice place that i can recommend to friends. Staff were good, rooms were clean. Thanks "
