"The staff and check in was great! It’s an older building so it could stand some more updating. But all things considered it a great place. Perfect for Thunder of Louisville!! Sadly through no fault of Galt house the surrounding area has declined quite a bit. Luckily there are nice restaurants, bars, and entertainment on property. We will definitely go back!"

"Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was absolutely excellent, very helpful. We got a room with a city view, and it was beautiful. We were there on a VERY busy weekend, so some restaurant item menus were unavailable or sold out, limiting dinner options, but the food from the Porch was very good, and we would absolutely stay there again. "Hotel was clean and exactly as listed! Breakfast was perfect with waffles, eggs, French toast, cereal, yogurt and various breads. The bar tender, Stephen, was amazing!!!! He offered suggestions as to some great places to visit and also made fantastic cocktails! This hotel was only a few blocks from 4th Street Live! Great place to stay! Will definitely be going back! "The hotel was booked full and everything ran smoothly. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was great. We had to pay an additional fee for the parking but everything worked out great. I just wish the had a pool... :)"
