"Our room was quite small. The pool was cold and the hot tub is permanently closed. Disappointing since it was spring break & the entire reason for booking was for those amenities. "

"We were disappointed that the workout area was unavailable due to a water leak. While we understand that these things happen it would have been nice to know this in advance or have an option such as another hotel gym or local gym available for us to use."

"Very dirty place i know is an affordable place but the lack of hygiene was insane towels and bathrooms were full of Pubic hair and stains. I went to request for new towels they said the towel storage room is closed and that you get for what you paid for . Very disgusting attitude and place."

"Great hotel. Very clean and new, but minimalistic on purpose. For example, no clock in the bedroom or coffee maker. But they have better coffee 24/7 down in the lobby. I would go back."

"I could gave it 1 star because I had to. This was the absolute worst place I've ever stayed at. Nothing in the room was cleaned. Toilet was a mess. The bathroom door frame was half broken. Durty walls. There were even receipts left in the drawers. We had to wipe it down with clorox wipes and it was disgusting. A room in that kind of condition had no business being rented out. Inexplicable conditions. Unacceptable. "

"This is a wedding venue mostly but they do make rooms available to guests during the week and off peak periods. The entrance to the property threw me as it was behind the parking lot of a defunct closed strip mall and at first, I wasn’t sure the approach was taking me to the right place.. when you arrive and park, there is a 24/7 lobby that is not staffed, there I found a basket with an envelope and my name on it which contained a passcode to the common area and my room. "Pros: Check in was easy. Parking was a breeze as well. Room was nice for the most part. TV was nice, they had a nice system with cable, Netflix, YouTube, ETC. WiFi worked well. Fridge was clean and cold. AC was working. Rate wasn’t too bad, but was a little high for what you get. Cons: Ice machine was broken. Sheets had marks on them when we got there.
