We had 2 adults and 2 children however only two towels were supplied. Initially we were happy with communication and room however on finding out the fan heater in the lounge was not working we texted Tracy twice with no reply so were left with no heating in the middle of winter with two children which was not ideal. Would probably not stay here again.
