"Good location and nice rooms....but the foyer is awful, the WIFI is not secured, ( our other hotels had secure WIFI)the elevators, hallways are dark and dirty and they didn't clean well. the upholster chairs in our room were stained. Staff were friendly when you were face to face but they didn't address the issues. T"

"On arrival there were no car parks left. We asked for a bit more detail and she didn’t know. Might think it’s good to know the local area. Email from the hotel said free parking on the road but had to pay $13.00. A few things in the room need to be repaired. Check out wasn’t much better than check in. Not very friendly at all. Good location but could have better service and knowledge of the area. Not sure if I would stay there again"

"The property suited our needs perfectly. Two couples shared the suite for 2 nights and the rooms were excellent except one did not have air conditioning. The check-in was great, they alerted that room was ready prior to check in time. One of us forgot his glasses during check out and sent message, unfortunately we were boarding our plane. It was too expensive to DHL to Hawaii. However Liza, our excellent host, found a solution. Another couple from Hawaii was checking out. She asked if my address...
