"I had a wonderful stay at the Horizon Hotel in Ayr, Scotland. The staff were warm and welcoming, the rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Breakfast was also excellent! I truly enjoyed my time there and would happily return."

"This hotel has now become a Premier Inn. We booked in March to stay at the Holiday Inn Express. We received an email from Premier Inn saying they would honour our booking. This was not quite the case and we are still waiting to hear from Premier Inn. Having paid in full through Expedia, was told at reception on booking in that we haven't paid so a credit card was presented and payment taken (again) from that. Mary and Lorna (forgive me if I didn’t remember her name correctly) made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I had the incredible opportunity to attend their Murder Mystery Dinner and no detail was left untouched- the food, the company, the service and overall experience was a 12/10.
