"We stayed at this property the night prior to our cruise embarkation. Anna met us upon arrival and showed us everything. She gave us some recommendations for dinner and things to do around town. The next morning she arranged to provide a transfer to the cruise terminal dropping us off right next to the ship. Can’t recommend this place enough. Clean and comfortable and a welcome stay after a long international flight."

"Well, first of all the air-conditioning in Italy is controlled. And it was very hot in the rooms and they had no way of making it cooler. The breakfast was really good Overall, the staff were very unfriendly. It was like you were a bother if you ask them a question. The language barrier seemed to be a problem, but instead of trying, they just would not answer you or be rude. I would not recommend this hotel"

"Bianca was lovely! The property was an ideal location which was located across from the train station and next to the ocean with a promenade in between. It was a short walk to the main downtown core but if you went the other direction there were a handful of restaurants right along the water. You have to know where you are going to find it. Peter met us there and showed us around. While not the Taj Mahal the room was clean, a good size and very adequate for our needs.
