"Very nice and less tourist than the alternative. Staff very helpful including directions luggage storage. What is funny is there is a cruise ship that is parked but it leaves at about 6 pm and you can rally enjoy the beauty."

"The plane was good the location was perfect! I just have to remind myself that customer service can be different in other countries. We were two women with very heavy luggage and weren’t aware that there were many, many stairs to get to our room, with no elevator or assistance available. It was definitely a challenge with our bags!"

The staffs hospitality is warm and comforting while the property amenities is quintessential Scandinavian. We stayed at the main hotel building and it was absolutely lovely!
