"Absolutely incredible staff!"

"I had a horrible sleep due to the cheap mattress which I was completely shocked about how it sinked in and I’m not a heavy person so I can imagine what your heavier person can feel. I had originally booked a room that it had a stand up shower but I was moved to a different room it came with a tub instead? Now for some people it can be ok but I have bad knees and it was very inconvenient. I was expecting to be told if I was ok with that."

"Hotel was OK. My complaint is that we were stuck in a room beside a wedding party. If you know, your hotel is being used for a wedding you should really try and keep other guests separate so that they’re not having to deal with the noise all night! Also, there definitely could be better places to put the ice machines and vending machines then right outside of the room doors because they are noisy all night long."

"A good hotel to stay. What I noticed was the quantity and variety of food provided is much lesser than the peer Monte Carlo on Warden Ave. The facility also can provide more variety like other Monte Carlo and organize the food surrounding the wall. Eggs shall be peeled and kept in warm pots. "

"Old and out dated, my daughter left her headphones in the room and the staff said they were not there. I know for a fact they were left in the room so very u trustworthy cleaning crew"
