"Location of the hotel was great, easy to get around. The only problem was, the hotel is next to a railway, and you could hear some train noise. The noise was there but not that bad, I could still sleep. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious.. living room is kind of small. Cleaness could be better, we found stain on one of the bed’s linen. Other than that, it was clean."

"The room was a great size and quite clean. I liked the ambiance of the lobby and how quiet the hotel was once on the our floor. Staff were polite but definitely could have been more welcoming."

"Our room smelled like cigarette smoke...very disappointing. They offered to move us, but we were unpacked. Housekeeping was not in out room until close to 4 pm the next day. Overall, we expected a bit more. "

"Great overall stay! Did find the bathroom sink far too small though and each time using it would need to mop up the water on the floor. Breakfast was excellent at the Venom Brewery. One suggestion would be to get a professional coffee machine. Found coffee to be sub par for Melbourne standards. Enjoyed tasting some great beers and loved the spicy wings. Will definitely stop in again next time in Melbourne."

"We stayed in the hotel for business. The hotel is down a small alley so I would imagine views from all rooms are quite limited, as was the case for me. The rooms are well designed for what is quite a small space, but everything is nice and clean. The beds are comfortable too. The hotel location is in a very convenient central position in Melbourne so you can get anywhere easily."

"The hotel is right across from Flinders station and about a 10 minute walk from Southern Cross, making it easy to access many places. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. I could easily walk to Hosier Lane and Chinatown. The Southbank Promenade on the Yarra River was about a 10 minute walk. My room was clean and had everything I needed for a wonderful stay. "

"Booked two rooms during our four nights stay in Melbourne. We were told our booking for the two rooms weren't recorded as one booking, which was weird because we booked under one booking reference. Not sure if thats a mixup from hotels.com or park hyatt. Regardless, we ended up not staying at the same floor, which is not such a big deal.
