"Staff in the evening were friendly and helpful, parking was easily accessible, our room was small but absolutely fine for a short stay, beds were comfortable and room felt cool. We slept well. The building does need some care and attention in the corridors that let's it down because the rooms are good. Breakfast we were greeted with a very cheery smile the gentleman sorting out the guests was lovely, very friendly and welcoming."

"BOTTLED WATER IN THE ROOM WOULD HAVE BEEN A NICE TOUCH, THERE WAS NO INDIVIDUAL SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER IN THE SHOWER, ONLY A BODY WASH. BUT OTHER THAN THAT THE HOTEL WAS CONVENIENTLY LOCATED TO THE AIRPORT BUS AT THE TRAIN STATION. THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE STAFF VERY FRIENDLY"

"Good hotel with a few annoying attributes. The top floor with suites is only accessible by stairs which is not great if you have a lot of bags. You can also get trapped in the stairwell if you forget your room key. Also the wifi is terrible for some reason so working is an issue. Other than those issues the hotel is good."

"The location of the property was perfect for kids, easy access to the playground next door, an easy walk to the carousel and lake. Hotel room was well appointed with dishes and basics for cooking. Air conditioning was perfect for the heatwave and the room was quiet. Will definitely stay again."
