Did not appreciate the resort fee but that’s NYC.

"The stay was very nice. This location is right next to Times Square so it is accessible to many sights, dining and the subway. The room was rather small for 4 adults and the two beds took up most of the room We did not eat breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on that. Staff was helpful."

Where to start… All of the doors are extremely heavy.
Not a good flow to the hotel, the elevators were tucked behind the reception desk and you would never know they were there, no signage.
My room was over the square courtyard facing a wall of windows that looked directly in on other guests rooms, no reflective glass, I saw lots of naked people who I suspect had no idea. The first day a women...

"If you are excited to visit the Big Apple and just have a place to crash Yotel will be one. Expensive, but that's it a place to crash. The front desk people only know to give you the Keys other things they will go away and make a call, and if you request the manager to show up, he will a sneaky and tip toe fleet the site. Definitely a bed in Manhattan managed by NON-Hospitality professionals"
