"Unfortunately we were very disappointed in our room. It is outdated, and looked nothing like the pictures on the website. Lots of touch up paint badly done. No towel racks in the bathroom. No thermostat control. Whatever they use to clean has a pungent odour that lasted the entire stay. Not enough coffee pods supplied for our stay.
Upon arriving there were only two elevators in service for an extremely large crowd of people checking in, and the elevator we got on did not stop at our floor...

"I almost never leave reviews, but people really need to know before booking here.
This place charges prices similar to much nicer beachfront hotels in the area, but the condition of the rooms is nowhere close. The photos online are extremely misleading and do not reflect the rooms we were given.
Check-in started the experience off poorly. The office door was locked while staff sat inside and could clearly see us waiting. We arrived right before the posted 4:00 PM check-in time and were still...
