"Clean and clear of problems"

"We were VERY disappointed with Stay American. The people at the front desk were less than friendly! The breakfast was absolutely NOTHING! The facilities in the room was unacceptable...no pans, dishes, silverware, no coffeeepot, no shampoo, conditioner, bathing soap! There was a big water puddles I. The breakfast area! I brought it up to the front desk person and he acted like I had taken up his time! Noticed when we left a hour later, that the puddle was still there! We will NOT be staying...

"Great!!"

"Good value on clean accommodations. Easy self-park at no extra charge."

"Pleasant stay"

"Booked a room with a jetted tub. They first gave me a room with a shower. When I told them about my booking they moved me to another room which did NOT have a jetted tub. The room also smelled so badly of mold that it was hard to sleep. There was also pubic hair on the sheet and top blanket. We tried to stay away from the room as much as we could! Horrible experience !"

"I like how clean the inside was and the smell of the air fresher on the inside. However I feel like I was cheated the AC did not work all 3 days the front desk was informed ask for a fan they did not have any did not offer to switch rooms out also we open the blinds and on the outside of the windows there was nothing to look at but green mildew windows. I took pictures but we had to open the door Saturday night to pull air that was really cold to come into our room."

"Todo"

"Property was good but it was advertised that the shuttle from the hotel would take you to area attractions. This was false. The shuttle hasn’t worked for a long time and they don’t know when it’ll be operational. False advertising"

"Great service"
