From start to finish, all was good. Check-in, room and cleanliness. Getting to the hotel is not for the faint-hearted, especially from the M5, some very narrow roads to navigate.

The room was clean and staff good. Was surprised that the cleaning staff had left the window open though, so it was very cold when I arrived and took a while for the room to warm up.
