"Property is abit rundown. But the water park is the best ever for my kids. So many slides. I got one free ticket for the water park, courtesy of the hotel staff. Location wise, the hotel is very near to the highway exit but abit far from Melaka town. Will definitely visit again."

Feels like a boutique hotel - don’t expect 5 stars facilities and finishing but it’s great for the price. 3 things stood out - aircon and warm water supply are perfect, bedding and cot (proper baby cot!) were great too! "During my recent four-night stay. The Wi-Fi was consistently unreliable, and despite my reports, the issue was never addressed. I was further inconvenienced by an unannounced policy of changing credentials every Sunday, requiring a front desk visit to reconnect. Most critically, my account was prematurely deactivated on my third night. During this time, I could not contact staff because my in-room phone was non-functional. Additionally, my room keys frequently failed to work."

"Our stay was comfortable and three small repairs needed in the bathroom were done as soon as we reported them. The breakfast is basic Malaysian food, but adequate. The main limitation was that our room had no/very limited internet connectivity."
