"The restaurant and cafe staff seemed unhappy and the level of service was poor. Only liked the room and bathroom is decent, however had no bath tub or dressing table to get ready. Spa facilities are great. Overall wouldn’t stay again, wasn’t welcomed or made feel special for our wedding anniversary. Has a good Indian restaurant called Madhu’s but the staff doesn’t understand basic English. Poor service too."

"The great thing about this location is close proximity to Galataport where you can gain access to fancy restaurants. The area is extremely busy and overcrowded sometimes. Hotels in this area in general are expensive due to location."
