We enjoyed a relaxed 2-night stay (in a spatious room), and especially enjoyed the 24/7-available wine bar as well as the sunrise on the estate with a coffee (included even if no breakfast is booked). "Hotel very handy for the tram and the Stade Atlantique. Room large and clean, but no fridge, and toilet separate to bathroom and without a basin. Decor nicely done in mid-century modern, to match the building's age. Breakfast could have been slightly better organised and staffed. Gym area had a few cardio machines and small dumbbells, and the swimming pool (outdoor, opened the day we arrived) was accessed via a narrow walkway on the outside of the 1st floor so I didn't bother looking! The area is just hotels and restaurants, and the conference centre. I can't imagine a similar place in the UK without a convenience store of some kind but there wasn't anything close by. "
