"The staff were some of the friendly and kindness I have met along my journeys. The hotel was in the great convenient location, walkable to old town and train station. The staff helped accommodate me and answer questions about the town and transportation. They also had laundry facilities and a nice outdoor terrace."

"Construction made finding the entrance harder. In pedestrian zone so need to wheel bags a bit, but very convenient for seeing the old town and funicular train and cable car to top of Innsbruck. Rooms huge and very comfortable. Like themes with historic people who stayed there in the past."

"The hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful as you would expect of a hotel in the Tyrol. Be aware of the parking if you have a large car, entrance is very, very narrow. We only just managed it in an Audi A6. Breakfast was very good, typical Austrian style with eggs and bread etc. we had an evening meal when we arrived, which very salty and not quite the level I expected for such a good hotel. Next day, we took dinner in Innsbruck old town, as the hotel gives an excellent free tram / bus...

"The breakfast was good. Room was clean. However I messaged hotel before arrival to ask for a walk-in shower. They assured me our room had one. It was a bath with shower over. As a couple in our 70s I am not comfortable using such a shower as I am not that sure on my feet. That meant I was unable to shower during my stay."

It is located in the most beautiful spot, reception was helpful and so friendly, the bar staff made delicious drinks and gave some suggestions of where to walk around that were incredible. Our room overlooked the most beautiful view. The hotel was impeccably clean. I can’t wait to come back for another visit from the USA!"
