I asked them a number of questions regarding hikes, bike rentals and public transportation, and they were thorough and pleased to help. As folks from the US, we are newer to the type of shower with a handheld sprayer, and loved the AC option, but wished it would stay on continuously through the night....

"Great hotel in a great location. Close to all attractions. Only downside is there is nowhere to drop bags off or park if you have a car. You need to use the pay parking 600 meters away and walk with bags."
