"beautiful location and love the convenience of the amenitities, just that the cooking utensils may need to be changed, We didnt use the pans as they are no longer non sticky. Otherwise everything was awesome, would love to visit again and again for itc location and having the whole unit with wahser/dryer and kitchen for a vacation with kids."

"Stayed here with my son overnight on a trip through the mountains. Everything was wonderful! The staff were incredibly warm, helpful, and friendly. The pool was perfect for my six year old. I enjoyed the hot tub. The rooms were pristine. Bed comfy. 10/10 would stay here again!"

"Staying at the best Western plus in Revelstoke was definitely one of the best hotel experience I’ve had and we have travelled a lot for work and family sports. The hotel was very clean. The beds were super comfortable. The gym, hot tub, and outdoor pool were clean and well maintained. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. A bonus at a touch is the coffee machine in the lobby. I was able to make fresh lattes in their coffee machine in the lobby and the lattes were just as delicious as...

"It really is a nice hotel but they're lacking staff during the summer months.. Stayed for 4 nights and we wanted house keeping every day and they did it once and left the dead bolt on while we were gone for 4 hours and only did half the job. Ordered food, it came wrong twice for the same order... The pool was draining while my kids were in it and I called the front desk to tell them it was draining, they send 2 guys and they walked to look and said yeah it is and we're not sure why and left...
