Quick response from property management -maintenance came to fix one of the blinds very soon after we reported it. Would have been good to know condo layout at time of booking. Listing didn’t make it clear this is a multi-level condo with master on bottom floor and all else on upper floor. Not a problem for us, but those with mobility challenges may struggle...

"Instructions for checking in were very good, we were under the impression we would be able to park at our apartment but it is actually a car parking area with no parking allocation, so we had to walk quite a way with heavy luggage. The apartment was spacious and the kitchen space and equipment was excellent. It was great to have Netflix. The outside patio area was very nice. Great to have laundry facilities. There are no mirrors in the apartment except in the shower room over the sink, I would not use this socket to plug in my hair straighteners. There is no storage in the bedroom just 4 hooks, if there were 4 people sharing the apartment you would be living out of your suitcase with no storage. We were on the ground floor you could hear the people above going to the toilet and the toilet flushing was extremely loud. The location was very good close to the town and groceries."
