"Everyone on the staff was wonderful to interact with, with one exception. I want to highlight that every other team member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and truly helped make our stay enjoyable.
The only negative experience happened early on the morning we checked out. Our flight was very early, so we were coming and going around 4:00 a.m. to get our car, get our luggage, check out, and leave. The main automatic sliding doors were turned off and had to be manually opened/closed, and...

"Other than the water pressure in the shower that was pretty, my family and I loved everything else. Everyone is very helpful and the location is truly the best! It’s close to everything you’d want or possibly do in Boston. I’m very happy with my booking here."

"My only real complaint is that the room I was in was an adjoining room. The door was paper thin and it was if the people in the next room were at the foot of my bed.
The location of hotel was prime and front desk staff exceptional. Highly recommend but avoid an adjoining room if not needed."
