"Great and very central location in Boston. Room was small but very clean.
The free breakfast was just coffee and donuts. We ordered from the Cafe's breakfast menu instead (discounted by 20% for hotel guests) and that was very good.
The hotel validates parking in the Clarendon St garage ($6 off the $36 daily rate). That still doesn't make it cheap, but the garage is reasonably close to the hotel and it worked out well."

"This location is not the greatest… it is decently far from the nearest train station and uber drivers often got confused where to pick up and drop off. The barn door on the bathroom was falling off the hinges. Shower was incredible and the soaps smelled amazing. Funny smell in the room that lingered. The lack of amenities was what we were most surprised about.. for the money, this did not feel like a luxury hotel as advertised. It is quite dated and therefore, misleading. Walls are also paper...

"I did not care for the parking situation at the property, I did not like the fact that a property so far away from anything had no restaurant or gift shop, and that the things they did sell were very few and scarce if you wanted to access your car you have to literally feel obligated to tip of LA attendant. Their drop off and pick up area was very small and inconvenient also."
