This was our 2nd year at this property and the staff was not as friendly as the first year. When asking for more towels because we were only given 2 for a family of 4, it seemed like we were bothering them and it had to be approved to give us more towels. The bathroom in our room did not have full Shower Gel, Shampoo, or Conditioner and it never got...

"Pro: good location. Unfortunately the beach in front of the hotel was completely closed for some upcoming event. I wish we had known that. Housekeeping every day Free parking Wifi worked well Decent price Double jet tub was nice Con: the A/C sounds like a freight train and when the wind was blowing, it sounded like a freight train with the hounds of Baskerville onboard. Front office reeked of cigarette smoke."

"Nice light clean rooms with excellent heat and air system. Free shuttles to airport. One drawback was Website said shuttle to airport starts at 6 am. When I arrived at Doubletree I was told Shuttle started at 4 AM not 6 am. I could have taken an early flight if the website was correct. That was the only negative"
