"We arrived hoping for a simple rest before an early flight, but the experience was disappointing. The front desk refused early check-in, which set the tone. Our room’s AC didn’t work, and there was no phone in the room, so we had to go down to the lobby to report it—twice—before anything was done. We were finally moved to a different room around midnight. With a 4:00 am airport departure, we barely slept. For the price, basic comforts and responsive service should be a given. "ALERT! Manager will try to deny this review as he said to us when leaving - THE POOL. Nice view and pool but we had to get our own towels from a bag. We had to clean chairs off of food/cigs & towels after waiting patiently for help. The one pool employee was never proactive. Also BEWARE, the hotel rents out the pool to outside parties so you may be left without anywhere to sit or get service which happened to us on July 21st. THE ROOM, is in high need of renovations. From there, at the cost (as of June 2026) of 1.70 euros, one can get to the old part of town in about 15 minutes. "The hotel in person was okay compared to the online photographs but that's with any place I guess. The walls are definitely thin, I suggest you bring ear plugs if you stay here. The bedding was clean, however, the room and hotel walls and structure is a bit crusty.
