"For our two rooms, 4 adults and one child, Expedia indicates that I shall only pay 14 euros on arrival, all other fees are paid except for the parking. but the Hotel charged us 40 euros which includes 19 euros’ parking. The detail invoice shows that the Hotel charged the taxes on child (which shall not be the case) and another accommodation fees which has been paid with expedia."

Great air conditioning! Appreciated the kettle and coffee. Karlsruhe felt very safe at night. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel!"
