"Staff are fantastic. Room was clean and fresh. Food was absolutely the best I’ve had in recent years in other hotels. Location is good for local beach and bus into Palma. Great holiday!"

"Overall good stay, the only thing I would critique is noise at night when other hotel stayers are coming back. The rooms felt like they are made from plasterboard so you can hear door slams and talking in the corridor, but we had ground floor so experience may have been different in the upper floors. 8/10 though overall, the receptionist super friendly and nice."

"This hotel is in a great location as all the shops and major sights are within easy access. We had a beautiful room that was quite spacious and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good English which helped us! We didn’t have the breakfast but it looked lovely. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück lies keine Wünsche offen. Die Lager ist perfekt, man erreicht alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß und ist auch schnell am Strand. Das Restaurant Rizzi ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Wir haben sehr lecker dort gegessen. Typisch italienischer Koch."

"This isn’t a posh hotel, but it has everything you need. It’s clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff are helpful, it’s close to the airport, and one block from Palma bay. We needed a taxi to the airport at 4:30 am, and it was there on the dot. The breakfasts are good. I recommend it."

"They wont give you an upgrade or bottle of wine like expedia says so dont expect that. The amenities are great and the breakfast buffet was pretty good for only €12. If you have a balcony "with obstructed sea view" and its anything like ours, you cant see thr sea without sticking your head over the railing and looking hard left, so no sea view really. Its also very loud in the rooms, you can hear everyone around you in their rooms, if the cough, laugh, talk, walk, make any sound, you will hear...

Una especial mención a la atención de Luci y Philip de recepción y a Ian de entretenimiento. La comida estaba muy bien y era variada, la habitación con vistas excelentes aunque necesitan una actualización está bien conservada.
