"We had stayed here a few times under prior management. We weren't sure what to make of the new brane, but they were fantastic. The rooms look amazing. The staff is friendly and supportive. It is a basic 2-star hotel that is a five minute walk from Fort Lauderdale Beach. The rooms are clean, the pool is clean, and it's a quick walk to the beach, that's what you're staying for. Just check room sizes, its a small little old school Florida hotel, so make sure it has enough room for your party."

"The unit was cute and cozy and very clean. The bed was super comfortable. The only issue was the army of gnats that invaded the unit and flew in my face all night and concern about the back door. The back door opens out so it’s hard to put a chair against it or a doorstop or anything to keep someone from entering or alerting you to an intruder. However, the neighborhood seemed relatively safe and I managed to lean a chair against the door so that it would fall and make a noise if somebody did...

"Loved Snooze. Check-in was easy and the location is fantastic. There is a great view from the smaller 2nd floor terrace and the larger rooftop area. I appreciate how the owners haven't given in to the big hotels which surround the property. They have maintained a laid-back, beach feel of hotels past, but the rooms are clean and updated. "Firstly, the man who checked us in and most of the valet staff were very helpful and friendly; however, the other front desk associates were not the least bit friendly nor helpful. In addition, the bartender at the restaurant inside the hotel (Lyon) was very rude. We tried to grab a bite at the restaurant, and we arrived around 9:15 (we checked to make sure they were open before we went in, and found out that they were open until 10). "We had a great stay overall. The breathtaking views were amazing, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel's location was very convenient. "It's a very short walk from the beach which is very helpful to avoid parking fees, but be aware of the sun, and prepare for walking in it accordingly. Also, to go to a beach front more southward, the parking garage at 3015 Cortez St, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316 is cheap compared to most spots, $20 for 4 hours; but BE WARY of the tight parking spots and watch out for the pillars on the median lines between spots they are deadly"
